Sundried Tomato and Feta Spread


INGREDIENTS:

1 8 oz. container whipped cream cheese

8 oz. crumbled feta cheese

c. plain nonfat yogurt

1/3 c. chopped sundried tomatoes packed in oil (blotted well)

2 T. packed basil leaves, chopped

1 clove garlic

2 T. toasted pine nuts, optional

 
DIRECTIONS:

Combine all ingredients in food processor and blend to desired consistency.
Enjoy on crackers, crostinis, or use it in a chicken roulade!
