Tia's Easy Summer Fruit Tart

1-Refrigerated Pillsbury Sugar Cookie Dough
8 0z. Cream Cheese, room temp.
1-T. lemon juice
2-T. sugar
Fruit
1/2 c. Orange Ma
rmalade
1-2 T. hot water
Fresh fruit
 

Let dough soften slightly, and press into the bottom of an un-greased 12 in. pizza pan. Prick all over with a fork, and bake according to package directions. Cool completely. Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy, then add lemon juice and sugar. Add more sugar or lemon juice to taste. Arrange fresh fruit in decorative fashion—but don’t use any frozen fruit. Some suggestions are strawberries, nectarines, kiwi and blueberries. When fruit has been arranged, take orange marmalade and thin it out slightly with hot water. Brush the glaze on top of the fruit pizza, and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Cut into wedges, and top with whipped cream.
