Tia's Easy Breakfast for Eight

6 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 c. flour
1 t. baking powder
1 sm. cream cheese (3 oz.)
(1) 8 oz. cottage cheese
1/4 lb. butter
1 pkg. shredded jack cheese (2 cups)

Mix eggs, milk, flour and powder with beaters until smooth.

Grease or ‘PAM’ 13x19 inch baking dish. Spread cottage cheese on bottom and sprinkle Lawrey’s salt liberally over. Sprinkle shredded jack cheese on top. Cube butter and cream cheese and place on top. Cover with egg mixture.

Bake at 325º for 1 hour or until set.
